We are at Cherry Creek just outside of the timber town of Blackbutt in South East Queensland.

Leewood Park was formed in 2003.
In 2004 we purchased our first Pureberd QH colt 'Trans Olena Lynx' who we sadly lost in 2008 to snake bite. He produced for us 6 foals, 2 of which are still with us here - Leewood Docs Little Lou and Monkhani Lodge My-O-Lena.
In 2009, we purchased a new colt to fill the shoes of Lynx in - Twice As Smart. He has big shoes to fill but I'm sure he will be up to the job. You can check Tom out on his page.
Our aim here at Leewood Park is to produce good working horses with great temperaments to suit the whole family.
A bit about us :- Melissa - competed in dressage, hacking, cross country, jumping and went to state level in jumping equatition, also done pony club and sporting. She has been breeding and riding show horses for the past 20yrs and Breeding QH since 2005. Does a bit of mustering from time to time (pictured above on our buckskin mare, Lou)
We also make a range of horse gear.
